The screws are flat built-in M4 spring washer.

You can hold the screw in the air when you loosen and lift it up with a driver. (Please see the picture below)

Therefore efficiency of wire connection work has been greatly advanced.

As you can connect holding screws up in the air, the work efficiency is outstandingly improved.
