Reduction Activity for environmentally unpleasant substances in our company, development and manufacture of products gentle to the earth have been promoted as part of environmental preservation activities. Here, we like to report about the activity which programs the minimization of inclusion of various environmentally unpleasant substances in the products. Our products often consist of plastic fabrication parts and various plating-processed parts. We keep on continuing to promote development of the products for which we can declare the "safeness" so that you can use them with ease, since we eliminate or reduce environmentally unpleasant substances in these parts.
１：Extraction of the Environmentally Unpleasant SubstancesMore than 1600 sorts of environmentally unpleasant substances have been specified at present,and we have finished the extraction how much of what substance is contained in the plastic material and the plating process.
２：Reduction Plan
Therefore we had worked very hard to eliminate the banned substances and restrict the regulated substances so that we can serve customers with eco-friendlier "clean products."
This reduction plan have been accomplished at the end of 2004.
