Since the establishment in 1963, our company has developed thanks to our customers' patronage especially in the AV, FA, and IT fields; we have been operating the consistent system from production to sales that is supported by grounding mottos, "wholehearted sincerity," "continuous study," and "originality." In the future, I think it is also important for our company to evolve in the environmental industry, especially the area of clean energy and the smart grid field.

Lately the circumstances that surround Japanese economy are severe: strong yen, merge or consolidation of a company, planning of restructuring, and low employment rate of newly graduates have been creating adverse elements. My mission is establishing the stable management of the company so that all employees will know that this is the company where all can work happily and diligently till to the retirement age: in another words, I hope our company will make best use of employees' ability and talent.

Of course, we meet tough-times occasionally, but if we work in unification, we will be able to surmount problems in whatever the economic environment is, and our company will keep on growing.
